Always call ahead to confirm someone will be home. If going to be late, always calls to let me know. Friendly, thorough, always wears booties in the house.

Having lived in Folsom, California for most of my life I've spent my fair share of time fighting battles against pests, ants in particular. Now that I own my own home, I've come to realize it makes all the sense in the world to use professional help on this front. Bell Pest Control's technicians are always friendly and are knowledgeable about the pest trends affecting the housing development I live in and have been successful in protecting my home from the ants, spiders and centipedes that were previously invading it at will.



I feel their pricing is very reasonable and more than pays for itself in terms of the time it saves me as I no longer have to drop what I'm doing to spray/cleanup ants or other bugs. I also don't have to worry about the cereal box that's not 100% airtight that may cause my food supply to become overrun with ants - which was happening every year, causing me to have to throw out a lot of food.



One of the things I was worried about was whether or not the chemicals, which are soft-impact (as green as it gets - another plus for me), would stand up against the rain we get here in Folsom. They ensured me that the chemicals are designed to stand up against the rain, which has proven to be the case.



While I haven't had to do so yet, Bell Pest Control will come out between regular visits free of charge, to address any pest issues that come up if I give them a call. Knowing that they stand behind the service they offer, so much so as to provide this type of guarantee, is not only reassuring, but it's also something you're not likely to get from their competitors.



Finally, as a small business owner, I appreciate the devotion this family-run business has towards providing honest, reliable, services in our community. Knowing that their services are as helpful as I have found them to be, I'm very glad that I went with Bell Pest Control and not one of the bigger companies.
