I would not hesitate to rent here again. This was my third time getting a moving truck and each time I've never had a problem. All fees were disclosed up front. They even gave helpful tips on how to fill the tank since it was diesel, and even suggested the pump to use at the nearest gas station since the others pumped a little more air, thus slowing down the process.

When I returned the truck I mentioned that I had rented there before and that got me a 15% discount on my rental. In the past, because I had to move a tv and the trip was less than 10 miles they told me to just replace the gas I used and they wouldn't charge for miles.

Horrible. Hidden fees. Do not rent here. They will call you after drop off, but you can't call them back. The call goes to voice-mail (which they never called back) or budget truck rentals computerized help, saying "call your local budget truck rental at another time." DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU.
