Extremely Rude And Poor Service

I ordered from the drive through. The employee I spoke to paid no attention to me. She spoke to someone else in Spanish. When I finally got her to notice me, she seemed very irritated as if it was my fault. I waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time. The car ahead of me jst left, without even getting their order. I also noticed that some employees were jst sitting down, in no rush at all. Overall the experience was terrible.

This is the worst Carl's Jr, I have ever tried to get ahold of or been to. When you try to call the let the phone ring off the hook and then pick it up and hang up without ever talking to you. Also, most of the time you can't understand the person in the drive thru who is taking your order. AVOID!!!!!!
