My 4 year old loved-loved her visit to Cozy Dontal! Missi, the R.DH. was amazing with her. She engaged my daughter, walked her through the x-ray process and cleaning. You can truly see how passionate Missi is about her work with the patients. During our visit, my daughter asked for a second cleaning!! Vicky was also very welcoming and kind. I've been to dental offices where you can't even get a smile from the front staff, but not here. She too made my 4 year old feel comfortable. Both energetic, happy and professional.

The quality and price of work Dr. R performs. He doesn't allow his patients to go home with anuthing less than perfect. Tanisha works great w/Dr. R. and is very friendly and experienced. Vicky is great discussing fees and tx plan. Cozy cares about you.

Good Explanation of Information. Friendly, Knowledge, and Professional. Every visit is excellent, and I am always glad I came.

My experience was Great I love the STAFF here, they are super fun and helpful. Especially Vicky, Missi, and Tanisha. My family likes this place. Never had a bad experience.

Cozy wanted to charge $700.00 for a crown. I called my insurance and was informed that the max charge including the highest upgrades to the porcelain crown would be $375.00 total out of pocket for me and insurance picks up the rest. I called Cozy and they said there was $325.00 additional for lab work because they use high tech stuff for making the crowns and that is the agreement they have with my insurance provider. I called my insurance back and my insurance carrier called Cozy Dental directly. My insurance let them know under my plan and even with an upgraded crown my out of pocket would only be $375.00 and the rest is covered by my insurance. The person at Cozy handling their insurance billing escalated on the person at my insurance company calling on my behalf and requested to speak with their manager because they (Cozy dental) do not agree with my insurance coverage and should be able to charge the additional $325.00 even though I am fully covered under my insurance. Don't go!
