DO NOT let your animal be seen by this vet- Dr. Kelly Gelderman at Hatton Veterinary Clinic. Worst experience. My dog has a cherry eye that is getting worse, that I felt should be look at. My son was repeating what she was saying and getting little excited. He was not interfering with the exam. I could tell she was getting annoyed with him. I said "please ignore him, he is autistic, I am listening." She then talked a little more about My dog's eye and then told me that I should have left them at home (yes, in front of the them). That is when I told her that I am a single mother that has a dog, who is like a kid to me, with what could be an emergency. She rolled her eyes and said "well I can discuss it with you over the phone, I guess." I told her "no that is ok. I can tell you have no compassion for kids, so I am sure you would be the same with my dog. I do not feel comfortable with you seeing him. I think we should leave." I do not want anyone leaving in tears like I did.
