Salesman is with us all the way and answered all our questions and concerns. Seem to be very knowledgeable about the Products and that lead Us to a Quick and Decisive Outcome which all Parties are happy. This Salesman is very Honest, Helpful and showed US his Care and Courtesy.

Nik was great-patient with us and explained everything well!

The sales rep was very helpful. Gave me options on fabric and style. Loved the selection. I was able to pick out a sofa and fabric all under 1/2 hour.

I had purchased furniture from this store about five years ago, and have been very satisfied with any communication and service when it was required. Therefore, having that trust with La-Z-Boy, I returned for having my new furniture requirement solved. I dealt with the sales person AND the designer, and both provided their full attention and time to resolve my requirements. I am so happy with my interaction and purchases from this Gallery in Elk Grove, CA.

Purchased a new couch and recliner. Set delivery for our new house. Verified the day before delivery the address was correct and everything was set. They tried delivering the furniture to not only the wrong house but the wrong city all together. They never called to say hey we screwed up. I called them and was told "yes, when I set the order it populated the wrong address and I just didn't pay attention." So I went to reschedule delivery and was told I would have to work around Lazy Boys schedule and they would only deliver to me on a Thursday no exceptions. I will challenge the charge as services not rendered and post on every site I can.
