I have been doing martial arts since I was seven years old, and as I found out that not all martial arts are equal. I was unaware of how defenseless I was until I had to protect myself in the middle of the afternoon. After 10 years of hard work, I can honestly say that it is the most effective self defense art there is! Bar none! Not only do they teach adults, but teens and young children too, how to protect them selves. It is so family oriented, that there are entire families in there learning, it is quite a sight to watch and experience. I welcome anyone to try it out experience the change it can make in your life, it has to mine. Thank you Shun Shifu Vargas
