Great gym! I've been there since they opened and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.



Nor Cal Fit is a great place to workout. Family owned and run, they are incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for you.



I've tried a few of the big, name-brand gyms before. They're usually packed with people dressed to "get seen" but not to sweat. Maybe it's different now, but the times I was a member of these other places, their gymopolis's were full of people just sitting on the exercise equipment and talking with a half dozen of their other friends who're sitting around - taking up equipment but not doing anything. It was difficult to ever follow a plan and get in shape. It got to where I hated even to try and go to those gyms because I knew I was going to have to change everything I wanted to do because they would be packed with talkers and equipment sitters.



This gym isn't like that. The people here are friendly and helpful, and the other gym goers, who range from 9 to 90, are there to get in and out as well. Nor Cal Fit really is a great place - at a great price.



Check it out before you decide to go somewhere else. I'm glad they're here, I 'd hate to have to go somewhere else now...
