Be very careful people . Hemant prasad president of this company cost me $6000 . He told me my loan is approved and made me pay $2500 retainer and $3500 for appraisal for my property which they never showed me . loan sppose to be funded after 3 days of appraisal but month after that nothing so i asked them to refund my money they said ok we will send you the check but its been 2 months no check , if anybody else have had the same problem please contact Department of real estate @ 1-877-373-4542 and file complaint .
