I ordered through Pizza Bell due to the positive remarks made by previous reviews on Yellow Pages that claim they have great pizza and awesome customer service. I am now thinking these people were close friends or relatives of this family owned business. I did my order online, paid with my credit card, something I don't do too often, and received a call from the store stating I didn't put my address in, I gave the man my address and told him I still had my order up as well as an online printed receipt that showed I entered my address. He then ask me if I want to re-submit my order with my address, in which case I refuse claiming I can go elsewhere but I don't want to have two charges on my card and once again reiterating I put my address in. Long story short, he takes my address, places my order and when the pizza guy comes the pizza guy shows me that my address was there at the bottom but they don't look there and I needed to enter it in two places because they usually only look at the top of the order... :/ (Their site isn't set up with a query apparently to let the user know this, nor do they have notes on their site). I tipped the guy, the pizza was good but not the greatest, and I can get a pizza like this anywhere else and not have the hassle or the poor customer service I had gotten. Long and short, don't believe all the fuss and stars people give I guess, I know I won't anymore.
