I had seen some pictures in a hair magazine featuring Fantastic Sams styles- so I decided rather than go to an expensive hair salon downtown I would try Fantastic Sams since the pictures in the magazine looked great. I specifically showed the stylist 3 pictures of the cut I wanted, she assured me she could replicate the cut- and it turned out NOTHING like the pictures! I wanted an edgy, short cut and ended up with a boring, bland bob. In addition, the woman was friendly but a little crazy, letting everyone in the salon know the world is coming to an end. A little bit of an uncomfortable experience. I will not be going back.
