I have to say when you read PCT's web page you'd think that you've found a reliable professional company. This is not the case. I had an older Dell computer and asked if they would be able to go through the computer and fix anything that needed to be fixed...correct anything wrong with the device. I stressed the fact that I needed the computer back as soon as possible because there were papers that I needed to fill out online. I was informed it would be no more than a day or two. It came to be Friday, which was more than the two days, at .which time I called to check on the status. I was told that "oh it was ready yesterday, no one called you?" I delivered the computer, and I had to pick it up. got the computer home and it ran worse than before. Very frustrating. More frustrating was the lack of attention given to my concerns. I guess to the owner Dennis my computer wasn't a big enough account. Very unethical and unprofessional the way I was treated. Needless to say I was referred to another computer business, paid additional money to get the problems corrected. Files had been deleted instead of fixing the problem. This gentleman spent more time on my computer and charged less. It's refreshing to know that there's still honorable business people out there, I would suggest thinking twice before doing business with PCT.
