dont know what they doing...

It started with the sandwich maker (who by the way looks he eat ate all the meat in the back) was not very curious sounding nor seem want to help (work for salvation army). Any way by the time I wanted to check out to use my cash card it would not work (over 10 on the cash card). The stupid lady tells me I have to call to find out whats wrong with my card! Im like "this is subways card, you need to find out", I call anyway because I didnt want the drama, customer care answers and says let me speak to the store, after the convo the lady hands me my cell phone and tells me nothing and Im standing there for a few minutes then she utters "oh we have to make a call". After another 5 mins she tells me "oh, its going to take another 17 mins becuase the people are busy on the other line" and proceeds to say you dont want to stay for that do you... Oh man was I pissed, she didnt offer to take my card, lunch or nothing! I left upset and hungry! You gotta think quick on your feet. Horrible horrible customer service there!

I did call corp to complain!
