I rented here for 10 months and I always had a problem being over charged with rent and late fees, even thoug I was always on time. The office staff appears to be welcoming, but when you have a problem or bring it to their attetion they will make up an excuse on the spot for the charges. I kept all receipts and every month had to have my account recharged for their mistakes, I still have not received full refund of my deposit, I am still being charged for a storage unit I no longer have and the office all of a sudden can't remember me turning in my keys prior to my move out, that was the latest excuse, I do not recomend these apartments and if you do choose to rent here, I suggest taking your own pictures prior to move in and move out, and be preparred not to receive full refund
