Love this place very helpful and I always find what I need for my pets and fish. The service is really good and the clerks are always helpful. There is a lot of products in this store to choose from.

I called to look for a patio pet door. This is a hard to find size which I explained to the person on the phone. I was assured it was in stock and was told to come on down. This was a 35 minute one-way drive for me and when I got there, they of course did not have it. I asked to speak to a manager and a guy with sagging ratty blue jeans and a ratty grey t-shirt came to us. I looked him up and down and had to say, "you're the manager?" Instead of offering an apology for wasting my time he laughed at me like I was an idiot and told me if I couldn't produce the persons name who I talked to there was nothing to do and it wasn't a big deal to him. I would STRONGLY suggest not to trust your pet to these people. There is no accountability and a disregard for the customer and especially the service. I was very disappointed and will NEVER step foot into this place again. I am not the type of person to go around and write negative reviews (this is the first time in my life I was so put off that I would put time into warning people not to go to a place) however, if you cannot trust an employee to go out and check on a high priced item like a dog door how can you trust your pet to them?

Pet Club offers great prices on any thing you need for your pets and more. Their store is a no frills store but always clean. Great selection.
