Warning: If you are a few minutes late for an appointment (I was 5 min. late due to being stuck behind a slow bus), be prepared to be told to reschedule and to be treated with an attitude. I was - I repeat 'was' - a regular client there. But not after being treated so rudely. I guess they think that they are irreplaceable as a salon despite the fact that they are surrounded by probably 10 other salons in a 1/4 mile radius.

I read on True salon's website that they offered a 10 minute color process, so I figured I would try it out & I was very impressed! It still took time to apply the color, but I didn't have to wait as long for it to process.Sharon was very knowledgable and confident about the product and I can see why. It left my hair soft, and the color is very vibrant. I will definitely return in the future!

Just went to True and the new stylist Jerry was great. my color is perfect and the cut is fantastic. Better than I had hoped. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend Jerry to everyone. jdk

True Salon and Spa is a new salon in elk grove! It offers a full menu of services, the salon is trendy but still very relaxing.I recommend the salon to anyone.
