STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DECEASED FAMILY MEMBERS DISRESPECTED THIS WAY

I live out of state and just found out 11 years after dealing with Grove Memorial Chapel and paying over 4k dollars that they never engraved the headstone with the death date..

They promised me this would be done in the spring since he was buried in the winter and they never did engrave the headstone..

They said I never paid them for that.service, keep in mind they were paid over 4,000 dollars.for them to bury his ashes,

When I found out a few days ago this was not completed I called TONY at Grove Memorial Chapel only to find out they needed another $250 dollars to complete what they should have done 11 years ago, how do you miss something like this?

It's not about the money, it's about the disrespect they showed for the deceased by leaving his headstone without a death date for 11 years.

I am absolutely livid... I wouldn't bring a deceased gerbil to this funeral home knowing what I know now.

Shame on you TONY and SHAME on you Grove Memorial Chapel.

Today I have contracted with a Monument Company
to finish the job Grove Memorial Chapel never did. .
