I brought in a $500 pump to fix a single tear caused by a dog on one shoe by adding a suede tag to both shoes in order to keep symmetry. When I came back to pick up the pair, both shoes were damaged beyond repair in terms of discoloration which seemed to be caused by dirty work globes/area, and the suede was extremely mangled throughout both shoes. This was not the case when I brought them in as the original tear was in one specific location on one shoe. When I spoke to the manager of the store, he started yelling extremely aggressive and derogative terminology at both my mother and myself and walked away from any conversation at cleaning the shoe or a refund. I tried calling but he will no longer answer my calls and hangs up when I try to speak about any refund or insurance policy.

I strongly do NOT recommend anyone to even enter this store as this store and worker is extremely malicious and will damage your shoes and will not be any bit reasonable to discuss. Do not be dissuaded by any positive reviews, while he seems friendly to begin with he has an anger management issue and will hang up on the phone with you, ignore you, even yell at you if you have any concerns you would like to discuss. This shop is not worth your time. This situation could have been solved calmly but the owner/manager decided to escalate it to an unreasonable point. I will not be bringing any more of my business here due to both the poor shoe repair and the poor attitude displayed by the shop.
