Machined Products Company is an industry leader in secondary machining of iron, steel and aluminum parts. Machined Products has the capability to produce banjo fittings, piston cooling nozzles, tube and body assemblies, iron castings and other parts requiring secondary operations. The company s staff can design and custom build dedicated machines for products requiring a volume of 300,000 pieces per year or more. For lower volume jobs, the company can engineer flexible manufacturing solutions that utilize standard equipment. Finished products are put through a stringent ISO 9002 certified quality control system. In July 1998, Machined Products moved to a new 98,500-square-foot facility that houses more than 150 production machines. Founded in 1958, Machined Products is located in Elk Grove Village, Ill.
