Well another zoom to my rescue by S&S Appliance Service! My dryer ceased working when ready to be fed a load of towels so I called S&S. I needed the clean towels as I going to take a shower. I barely had them hung up to air dry when Nick called me and arranged to come right out! He's a MAGICIAN, I'd swear! Well, VERY talented and efficient as he had my dryer analyzed and fixed quite rapidly. WHILE he was repairing the dryer I'd mentioned that I'd been waiting for almost 4 hours for my ice maker to drop ice cubes and that the juice didn't seem cold enough. I really didn't think too much of it as I'd gotten used to it running noisy and needing frequent adjustments to the temperature controls. He was on his way to another call, of course but took the time to look at my refrigerator and give me some tips. Unfortunately, the fridge was scraping by on proverbial "life support" but I have a very sick dog and her medication has to be refrigerated. He told me to call him if the tips didn't work. I left a voice mail for him and next thing I know he contacts me and arranges an appointment to come out and breath new life into my fridge. It's running like BRAND NEW... in fact QUIETER and more efficiently than it ever has! Better than when it was new (oddly). I have depended on S&S for MANY years now and as far as I'm concerned S&S is the ONLY player in MY ballpark. I've never been disappointed or let down. If anything, they go a step beyond what is necessary. They strive for absolute perfection and I get the feeling that very sincere pride is taken by them in the satisfaction they provide to their client. Thank you, S&S! You are #1 and if there really should be a place to put a 10 star rating in for you.

I called in the late afternoon and the owner came out the next morning to fix my 20+ year old Maytag. I've had this machine repaired 3 times in its 20 years and this was the best service I have ever had. He not only repaired what was wrong, but he cleaned the inside of the dryer. None of the others had even attempted to do this and Nick did it without asking. You can imagine what the inside of a dryer looks like with the drum out and 20 years of dust and lint. I was wondering how this never caught fire! I would defiantly give them a call for any of my appliance repairs. He was honest and very nice.

I am pleased with the service call to repair my dryer. While it was an easy fix he didn't try to do an up sell for things I don't need.

A few years back my oven stopped working, S&S fixed it up and got it working, so when my dryer stopped heating I knew who to call. They came out same day, fixed it quickly, gave me advice on keeping it in shape, and it's now running better than ever.
