Absolutely disgusted with muddy Creek Kennels and the owner Jane. She had in her care two long term care dogs....she did the basics, but did not brush them, clip nails or give them a bath for months and months. After rescuing the dogs they had to be taken to the vet to have the dogs sedated for their nails to be clipped.

She constantly double billed and added on extra charges to the bill. She has charged for things that are not in a contract nor would be in any contract that a good honest kennel would have. Beware she will charge you extra for dog food that she will then feed to her own 7 dogs.

If I could give negative stars for this woman I would.

She also sprays a lot of pesticides on the lawn bordering the kennels.

If you care at all about your dogs....take them somewhere else.

Our dog is five years old, and we've been taking her to Muddy Creek since she was months old. We would never take her anywhere else. Muddy Creek's rates are the best in the Chippewa Valley and the care is even better. Our dog is always well cared for and she gets excited whenever we get close to Muddy Creek. We've recommended Muddy Creek to all our friends, and no one has ever been disappointed. Use Muddy Creek!

If I could give no stars I would... She barely fed my dog and lost a substantial amount of weight while there.. She shut him up and let her dog out even though her dogs had a separate pen she let hers run in the pen that was meant for customer's dogs. Also he got ring worm on his under belly from laying on the dirty blankets she provided. I would recommend going to someone else if you care at all about your dog!!
