Accruate Home Care is responsable for taking care of an eldery relative. The nurses they have assigned with a few exceptions are friendly, and good at their job. Where Accruate fails is scheduling. They frequently have gaps in their schedules, and they have problems filling gaps even when they are known about weeks ahead of time. When a nurse will call in sick, family members who are expected to be emergency only backups, are frequently called upon to fill missing shifts. In short, the nurses are caring and professional, the management at Accruate though leaves much to be desired.
