New to area and decided to try, awesome, four tables of people. Service to get food took 45 minutes, an app tray and sandwich. My app tray was missing WINGS, and 3 of the 4 sauces. When waitress came I explained she laughed and quickly disappeared. Got wings and I advised I was missing sauces, she said the Queso had to be made. Our fries were COLD. We had been very polite and nice up until now, but enough is enough. She said she'd get the manager to come over. Never asking to refill our now EMPTY drinks or how the food was. She overcharged the bill by an extra set of wings. Never apologized, never even offered to comp bill, never seen the manager. I tried to find manager, told he stepped out. I tried to call the manager and was put on hold gal came back and said he's busy, call back in 20 min. I said REALLY, she said I'd have to call back. Never asked to take MY number, just call back later. I said I'd call back tomorrow for manager. Don't waste your money or TIME.
