Probably the fastest, friendliest, and most compassionate clinic I've ever visited.

Great clinic. Glad they are an in network provider with our new insurance! Way better help and care than any other clinics in the area.

I love my primary doctor I use, but have had a lot of bad experiences with their urgent care. My 5 year olds face swelled up randomly the doctor that saw her said "wow that is weird, but I don't know why that happened" and sent her home. I brought her to another doctor at Riverway the next day that gave me some bogus explanation saying a cut on her head was just draining and sent us home (even though I told him puss had been coming out of the tiny cut on her head) I ended up having to bring her to the ER a couple days later when the cut got WAY deeper and started putting out a ton of puss. She had a serious Strep infection!!! I've had them send my kids home when they had pneumonia. A total waste of money and time. They do the bare minimum and clearly can't diagnos anything!

I go here for all of my kids and have the most amazing peds doc! He listens so well to any concern no matter how late in the day your appointment is. He also provides a sense of humor which makes it easy to talk & ask all that I need to. The wait time can get a little long but the service is great.

A dr at this clinic diagnosed a close freind of mine with adhd with a few questions.I ended up going there for the same reason but was told i had to have a phycologist evaluate me and i did that and was found to have it after a 6 hour evaluation. Also have a long history of severe back pain and have had back fusion. hadn't had a narcotic of any kind in 2 years or more, we moved and i hurt my back to the point that i was using a cane and could hardly walk so I went in and asked for enough pain meds to last me a week or so and was denied without reason and was not offered any other solution. And have never had any legal or any other problems with narcotics. Switched to fairview clinics and am very happy I did. they listen and show respect. I wouldn't recommend riverway to anyone. Hope this review helps someone.
