GIVE APPT TO CASH CUSTOMERS QUICKLY BUT DELAY APPTS FOR LONG PERIODS DEPENDING ON YOUR INS. CO.

I had nothing but trouble with my glasses. They were painful on my nose and left a deep, red mark. I went back so many times for adjustments. After almost a year I went to the Mishawaka C&B Optical and was told they should have offered to make me a new pair that fit better, that they just don't mention it to people that it is an option when they don't fit correctly. Also, I was using Restasis when I went there and the doctor suggested I try a cheaper eye drop and that if it didn't work he would refill my Restasis. After many months of struggling with the other eye drops I called for the Restasis prescription and was told I would have to be seen. I was then told that if my insurance didn't cover it they would write the bill off. My insurance didn't cover it and I was left with a $86 bill and they didn't write it off and the manager didn't even return my phone call. Please go somewhere else. Very pricey and poor service.

I had a horrible experience at C and B Optical One in Elkhart, IN. I would recommend that everyone avoid this place. They were very unhelpful. I paid in full up front, which ended up being close to 700 dollars for an eye exam and one pair of glasses. When my glasses came in, I couldn't see out of them. Then, after reordering my lenses, which ended up being cheaper, they refused to refund the excess money I had paid, stating simply that it was their "policy" to not refund money. I wish they had told me that up front. I would have gone elsewhere. It is now my "policy" to avoid C & B Optical One at all costs.
