I took my pet and they were so rough with him I was afraid to leave him. If they behaved that way in my presence, how would they treat him when I wasn't in the room???? The TV was on so loud it was not conducive to keeping the animals calm. He was screaming by the time we left. Next day I took him to a different groomer and he had a much better experience. When I left and when I returned, he was calm.
