We purchased our mobil satellite from Brian and are extremely satisfied. After shopping around and realizing that everyone sells them, but not service, we went with Ekhart Satellite who does both. We had some trouble at first trying to remember how to operate our system. Brian gave us his cell number and told us to call him at anytime, so we did. It was Saturday evening, and sure enough, Brian answered. He was out to dinner with his wife, but still took the time to help us with our problem. I could not imagine going anywhere else!

This company went far above all my expectations. I would recomend them to everyone!!!

They charged me for five hours of labor and a service call for work that should have taken no more than two hours to complete & the 'work' they did lasted less than 30 days. When originally performed they said that if anything happened (that should have been a clue) to call them and they'd 'talk me through the fix'. When the system ceased to work I called and left a message, they called me back @ a month later, told me a couple of things to try. These didn't work and I've not been able to reach them for followup and they've not called me back. Perhaps if I'd been a local customer I'd have gotten satisfaction, but I live 600+ miles away and was referred to them while having my motorhome serviced in Elkhart. It's a shame that they have not even responded to my written correspondence, but have chosen to just ignore me and my problem I'm having with them.
