Pickup times and drop off times are not pet-owner friendly. Want to bring your dog in to be boarded on a Saturday? 7-10:00am. Pick up on Sunday is 7-8PM and you are charged for the night even though the dog hasn't stayed the night. Owner said "oh it's because this is how hotels work" but they don't give the option to get your dog earlier in the day. Stupid rules to eeek out another $30.00 from you. Will continue to take my dog there, just know the drop off/pickup times are wonky!

I have boarded my dogs on many occasions. My dogs have always been well taken care of. When my pick up time varied someone stayed to let me get my dogs after hours. The staff has always been kind and caring. The prices are reasonable. The groomers have always done a professional job. It's obvious they truly care for the animals.

Obviously the above review is a fake. Faus is definately a highly respected facility. My dog gets the best of care and services, the prices are extremely good and the owner and staff are very professional.

I go out of town every few months, and since stay one, my dog has enjoyed his stay there.

The owner remembers the dog more than me, so I have to say 'Bear's Mom' and he knows who I am.

A friend of mine's family was boarding their dog at this facility while they were away. They picked up the dog to find it very ill, covered in urine, maggots and swarming with flies. It was obvious the dog had been like this for a couple of days....it was horrendous!!! The dog may have been sick, which was probably not the boarding kennel's fault, but why didn't they noticed the maggots crawling all over her and the smell of urine all over her body? There are often times situations in which things happen that are out of the kennel's control, this was simply UNEXCUSABLE!!!!! I would never ever ever board my dog there or use any of their services!!
