They are nice people until I got my car in Dec of 2016 and by march 2017 I was rear ending by another party my sucker insurance didn't fight for me they total the car out and savage the car and they settle out with a bogus and unfair payment heritage received the payment and now I have no car and heritage want me to pay a balance off first off the car was not worth what they charge me in the first place and since the balance so high they can't replace my car but want me to pay and high balance off for a car that I no longer have and for they car that was hit from the back I feel they could of spoke up for me when it came to the insurance company as well I did all I could do the body shop told them and the insurance company that the car wasn't a totally lost but they released the car to them so I had to released it on my end now I have no car and a high balance which is unfair to me and them as well because they want they money and I want my car I feel so crazy paying a car note and not having a car to go back and forth to work or get my kids to school if I dnt have a car how can I do that and if I dnt work how do you get paid crazy

Wow, where do I begin. It's sad that you would have to rate a company on the behavior of the staff. However, they are the representation of the company.

I'm blessed to be able to say that I'm up to date with ALL my payments and I don't take that for granted. I have did everything I can to NOT deal with my idiotic loan rep by the name of Renee.
I've setup auto pay just so I wouldn't need to speak with her. However, when I have to get a balance of my loan, because I'm looking to take out a loan to pay it off early. This idiot (Renee) nor her supervisor (Andrea) can give me the correct information.

I'm sure they are only used to speaking with people when they can bully them, and speak down to them about being late or the lack of payments.

If ANY person is looking to take out a loan, just remember that you deserve respect, not just because you are human, but also because this is your money. Heritage Acceptance Corp is NOT the company you will get that respect or knowledge from.

Heritage Acceptance is an amazing corp. that helps ppl who just need to get a car. They are kind, friendly, nice and are very helpful explaining things to me and getting me where i need to be. Miss June467 & Miss Emily 499 i spoke to most are amazing employees. Very helpful nice kind polite and made me feel like they truely do care about me as a person not just an account.. Happy new year all.... And thank you for helping me help myself!!!!

I am very pleased with all of the help that I get with my account Manager Christina she always help my with any issues that I am having in my Financial life. I do not know what I will do with out her I hope they will never change her on my account. THANK YOU

I would like to give thanks to an awesome person that has help me through a long journey with this company. I got a 2007 dodge caravan and I was paying fairly well until I ran into some issues I fell while working, and I have not been able to work for months, I have had many agents that called me about a payments and first of all, I had no voice to talk with anyone one the phone so I got hung up on many times until a nice lady call me named Dorein and she took the time to hear me in my sqeaky voice or at times just a whisper. I asked her is there a way that I could contact her since I had no voice and she gave a number that I could text her and she would text me back, and that's how I talk with her she is an amazing person who cares not just out to get a payment but understands what a person is going through when they have no money and is trying everything possible to keep their vehicle. This is a long road for me and it's tough but she has made it a little easier with her compassion to help. She is an amazing woman and an asset to your company and I just want to say a big THANK YOU !!! This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I got a 98 Jeep in 2008, and ended up totalling it 6 months after purchasing it. I had full coverage plus gap insurance, plus the money they had received in payments, and they are now trying to garnish my wages for another $3000. Wow!!
