This place seems to have a serious attitude issue.



I was inquiring about a minor repair which different repair chains (Tuffy's, Midas) quoted to be around $75.



Masten justified their quote of $125 with "if I wanted to get the job done right". What a joke!



The car was running rough afterward. I had to stop at another shop. They found the cause right away. A vacuum hose and a electrical connector were disconnected. They were in the way when Masten worked on my car.



When I contacted Masten, they told me that "everything was the way it was when I brought the car".



Don't talk about getting something done right if you don't' know how to do it. And stop lying. Never again!

Not only did I have to pay twice the amount other places quoted to replace a thermostat. I was asked if I wanted to use a certain (expensive) oil, which I denied. They still used it and charged me for it.
