I was on the road for 6 hours and stop to sleep and eat in ELKHART IN. I went to McDonalds at 2808 North Cassopolis sreet ELKHART IN 46t14 around 8p Wednesday Sept. 27, 2017 order number 487. What a disappointment this was the elderly lady at the counter was rude and the staff was out of control yelling at each other and very loud in the back of the house. I ordered real quarter pound cheeseburgers and a large fries. I got half a box and one of the burgers were cold. Its going to me a whole before logo to a McDonolds again. I get it that one place might be better then one but it's all about standards to me. Someone should have a chat with the supervisor or manger on duties.

Five meals ordered, five meals incorrect. Ordered breakfast on our way into work, can only get it corrected if we go back and return the meals...too bad we didn't budget an extra 30 minutes into our commute to accommodate. Sausage egg mc muffin without the egg...really? Burrito meal sans one burrito. No orange juice because the machine is broken. come on!
