They towed a 225 pound moped five miles, stored it for a eight days and charged over $500 while the rider laid in the hospital unconscious for nine days. I sent them a message through Messenger. They opened it in a matter of minutes, but did not reply back. Very unprofessional. Read their reviews on Google. Almost 50% of them are one star. A lot of comments say they are rude. Not answering my message is rude.

Amazing service. Towed my car to the dealer for repair on a Sunday and went into the dealer early Monday morning to tell him what was wrong with my car. This is the place to call if you need a tow.

Called to schedule a tow pick up after repeating myself several time giving directions, spelling names of the streets and being put on hold I asked how long so I could meet them with the keys , she said I don't know I need to get a hold of a driver.. I gave up! not good for business. Thanks but NO Thanks!!!

Its 2 am and the a arm is broke on my service vehicle. They answered the phone right away and the price is reasonable. Truck is clean. Hope I dont have to call them again but its good to know they are available.
