I grew up all over the mid-west living in Ohio, North Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska. We lived in small towns so I was always playing outdoors or I was playing sports. In high school, I joined the volleyball team but started having back pain and difficulty breathing. My father had always gone to a chiropractor, but I thought it was just because he was so tall and skinny! He had me go to his Chiropractor and I got instant relief. I continued to go until I moved to Iowa.
