Computer Guyz is fantastic! Someone recommended them to me on fb and oh my goodness I am so glad i did! I have been using this service for the last few years. The technician is awesome, extremely knowledgeable (but talks like a normal person so you understand the computer lingo!), friendly, efficient, fair pricing, and very timely! Any and every time I have called I am always taken care of in a very timely manner, always being explained all the options I could take for any repair, with the pros and cons, and pricing of each decision. Allowing me as the customer to make the best decision, for the best price! They truly understand how important getting your computer systems back up and running immediately really is! I took computer guys my computer and told them that the inverter was out the guy told me it was probably the screen which was 100 dollars more then the inverter I said ok but if im right im not paying for the screen week later he calls and leaves a message on ny phone telling me it was the inverter and that I now had to pay for both the screen and inverter my husband went in and told them that wasn't the agreement and that if that was the case they could take the screen back no my hinges in my screen are all messed up and the inverter the computer is having the same problem leaving me to believe he took out the old inverter when he took out the screen So long story short they try to make u pay for repairs u don't need are rude to you and don't listen when u tell them what the problem is and give u back a computer that is still broken after you have paid for repairs. Go to reno or salt lake elko computer guyz are worthless.
