Scary and dirty store

We were traveling through from out of state. I used CVS phone app to locate it, as I needed to see if they could fill a needed prescription and to get some other items we needed. It has a dirty entrance, store was cluttered and unorganized, and the staff was shouting at each other and horsing around. The clerk who checked me out was so drunk, smelled all of alcohol and eyes completely glazed.
