We recently located to elko. Having had a 30 year relationship with another credit union we felt it was a good bet we would have just as good as experience with EFCU. Oh my gosh were we wrong.



Trying to get a replacement bank card is one of the worst banking experiences we have ever had.



We are at 19 days and counting. After we first experienced this problem we talked to other folks in town and found this branch has a reputation for this kind of thing.



In addition when we first spoke to the branch about the problem we were told by the branch manager : if you don't like it move your business.
