When I called to make appointments with them for me And both my kids, I asked about insurance just to be sure everything would be covered and I was told it would be OK. Upon completing our initial paperwork the day of our appointment, I was then told that we could not be seen because they didn't take the kids insurance (after being told on phone was OK) and that we would have to reschedule. I then asked if we could just do mine as I just have medicaid and I read then told no because they scheduled us together. ..I walked out and I am NEVER going back or taking my kids there. It's not OK to lie to people. So thanks for wasting my time when I could have been at work.
