Party Time Rentals not only has poor quality equipment, but bad attitudes to boot. When we told the owner why we were unhappy with our rental, she set up a display of her backdrops and proceeded to lecture us like we were her kids who needed to be taught a lesson. To top off the condescension, she told us that she was sure Event Source could help us next time. Do yourselves a favor and go with Event Source to begin with!

RENTER BEWARE!! Equipment rented was in ghastly condition. Tables legs were broken so they would not lock in place and would collapse on my guests. Chairs had rips in the seats which they tried to repair with white tape, seats were also stained. Table cloths were stained and did not match in color. The owner blamed us for the damages then told us we should have lowered our expectations and that the colors on the table cloths were hard to match (white). When we suggested she buy new equipment she asked if we would be buying it for her. I would find another rental company in Elko even if it is more expensive it will probably be worth the extra money somewhere else. Owner does not care about customers or business, when we picked up the equipment the owner told us to be there at 9am sharp she did not bother to show up till 9:15 and I overheard the owner say "your coffee is in the car, they were here when I showed up." That isn't something I would say with customers around. They did not even have our order ready to go, I had to wait for them to get everything cleaned and counted out. They have bad business practices all around RENTER BEWARE
