Been going here for years. The bagels are the best you will find in the area!

My family has gone here for bagels, sandwiches, etc. a number of times. And each time, we have been treated pretty poorly by the owner and sometimes his staff. The owner never smiles, says thank you, or seems at all pleased that you are spending your hard-earned dollar at his business - which doesn't make much sense to me as a small business owner. He actually acts like you are doing him a favor by being there. My thinking is that you treat your customers like gold, but he apparently espouses treating his customers like garbage. I have wanted to stop going there for a while, but my wife always convinces me to go back - easy, close, food is ok. But, today I was treated so poorly by the owner that even my wife has agreed never to spend a dime there again. Go somewhere else in Elkridge or drive a little way to go somewhere the owner cares about you and the fact that you have chosen to spend your money there. I will never go there again and will tell anyone in the area not to go there.
