Founded in 1947, A.G. Parrott Company has served the Baltimore and surrounding areas as an asphalt paving contractor for over 60 years. From base locations in Howard and Carroll Counties, its geographical work area extends well into other areas of Baltimore, Montgomery and Anne Arundel Counties in Maryland. Paving operations for new construction includes fine grading, concrete curb/gutter, stone-base placement, asphalt base/surface paving and striping. Residential subdivision streets, shopping centers and industrial/office parks have been its forte since the 1960s. Renovation construction operations consist of patching, milling, resurfacing, road widening and paving-related grading work. Specializing in road and parking lot repair/renovation, A.G. Parrott Company works with many of Maryland's leading commercial real estate development and management firms on newly acquired and existing properties.
