CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!!!! Used my account more than once for cab fairs that are OUTSIDE of elkton maryland . Ranging from July 2018 - current. Elk cab is as Unprofessional as they come. ALWAYS 30 mins - hour or more late , smoke cigarettes while driving paying customers . I called twice to ask about the situation with using my credit card , told me they would call back and never did . Blocked my number after telling me “do what you have to do , i have nothing to do with what happened” then refused to give me their bosses number to make the complaint so google will see the complaint . That place is sketchy and should be shut down if you used your credit card please check your bank statements there might be more money taken out than what you expected. Thank you.

I call them for a ride and the dispatcher said they would a few minutes and they never came..... in reliable cab company and don't answer they're phone neither

I called at 12:45... For a ride she said a 15 minute wait... Which turned into an hour long wait.. I was waiting out in the cold for an hour only to pay this man who made me late last time he drove me to work I was a regular and dealt with some of their lateness... But and hour without warning is not something im coming back to...

Worst cab company ever. So tired of waiting 30 minutes to an hour and getting the "he'll be there in a minute" and "pulling in now" every time I call the dispatcher to find out where they are. Not to mention half the drivers are unprofessional. Last cab I took stopped by his house to talk to his friend...

I called and waited an hour for a pick up and called back to see if they were still coming, to find I've been blocked for no reason at all, now I'm late.

While I was driving towards bear on rate 40 at landing lane one of your cabs ran red light and almost hit my truck. Luckily there were no car in other lane. And then had the balls to lay in the horn. And then they pulled into the Walmart in Elkton.
