We have a U-pull area AND a full service area. If a person calls and asks how much for a u-pull part then wants us to pull the part it will always cost more. We like to have parts pulled for a person before they show up to pick a part up because we do not have employees standing around waiting for a customer to walk in just to pull a part for them. We are very busy and try to provide the best customer service available. Unfortuately we cannot help everyone to their expectations.

"I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone...the women (Brenda) is a total up tight. First class b#$*&.....they are rude and charge an arm and a leg for parts.....and half the time u call and ask for a part they tell you they got it and come to find out they don't...on several occasions I've called for a part or pricing go all the way out there and its higher then what I was told on the phone....Brenda is a very rude person on the phone and in person....the guys working in the yard are jerksand have attitude problems and refuse to help with anything....go to another junk yard these people are crooks!!!!

My car died on the way home and I had to leave it 400 miles away, called Misgen (they were only 18 miles from my car location) and they were very helpful with buying my car for salvage and arranging for towing of the car to there salvage yard. Very curtious and professional!! Thanks so much for your help!!
