I had this companies service for a year mainly because they lock you in a contract so after you pay up front you can't get your money back. There internet service is horrible we were promised speeds they never came close to. I was unable to take online classes watch netflix and get on youtube more than a majority of the time. There customer service is also terrible and rude for a ridiculous amount of our time with them we called and emailed weekly if not daily then we gave up in defeat because it never accomplished anything. I recommend any other internet provider over this company save yourself the headache the hassle and the money.

If you live in the Kenyon area I recommend all other options before this company they lie about there speeds never fix anything and are rude and unprofessional.

Are interactions with RLI have been great. You just need to be up front with them on what your doing, and you need to understand that as with all small businesses they don't get big government money like the big guys do. So when your asking g for other then basic service expect to pay extra for that. If we didn't have provider like them around, you would have the ability to complain about how slow they are, you would still be on dial-up services.

One last thing, if you do read reviews most of the negative ones have more to the story then what you read. It take a bigger person to confront those that you do not agree with, rather then post online. Give respect of you want respect. Just remember that the next time you want to give a company any negative review.
