Worst place ever to live at, manager is terrible

Living in Alderwood Manor has been a great experience. The apartments have a very smart layout, all of the rooms are nice and large, and it's great having a/c during the hot summers. Having reserved parking is also very nice.

The management have been nothing short of wonderful, they've always been amazingly friendly and helpful. Living in a nice small unit really guarantees that you get individualized personal attention from the management and that any problems you have are corrected in a very prompt manner.

Really, my only major complaint is that it can be a little difficult to get out of the parking lot when traffic is heavy, as it is difficult to see oncoming traffic sometimes.

I don't know what the problem is with the ONE person who wrote an overall negative review, I can only suspect that they have some unrealistic expectations if they are the only people writing negative reviews. I personally witnessed the "milk incident" that person referenced and it was nothing like they said. The manager's milk container simply broke while she was trying to bring her groceries in.

This is the third apartment I've lived in since moving to Ellensburg, and it has easily been the most positive renting experience I've had. I would highly recommend this apartment.
