Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Tried to sell me high risk insurance on my rental. Never had a damage claim, my credit is good, always paid on time. After asking why, I was given a list of things wrong which I repaired and provided pictures (minor repairs, most would be considered improvements) The reason for denial was then being uninsured for the time it took me to do the repairs/improvements, and consequently offered a very high premium. Do not deal with Patty Jump, extremely disrespectful and trying to make a commission!I would give this agency a minus one if I could. Go elsewhere or find insurance on your own!
