This shop has no experience diagnosing any issues with automobiles. I would recommend staying away from here. They cost me $2500++ for a 200 dollar fix. They said tranny but it turned out to be nothing even close. Instead it was a simple suspension issue. Plus they stole parts from my vehicle Which also caused me to spend more money to replace the shifter parts that were missing. Liars and thieves. Beware

I paid them $1100 to pull and put in a transmission. Following payment they proceeded to help load up my jeep, all the parts, and even gave me back my keys. An hour later I received a call from the police for theft of services. There was no explanation, in addition to being verYou rude. I have never seen a mechanic display such unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend anyone use their services!

On a day trip to Ellensburg from the west coast, I discovered serious brake issues with my car as I came into town. As it was a Saturday, many of garages were closed, and a few that I did get in to see did not have the parts in stock. When we phoned Hosmers, they also did not have the parts , but when we told them the urgency of our situation, they suggested that they would go and purchase it from a secondary retailer. They then ended up staying 4 HOURS over their usual shop hours to complete the job in order to get me home safely and in time for my appointment the next morning. Their rates were beyond reasonable and their customer service outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
