We ate there today 9/22 for the first time and was very disappointed waitresses confused who table we were seated at and there Potato soup had no flavor and was barely warmed up and the pancakes were blaa and not completely cooked only ate about 1/3 of the meal. Will not go there again or suggest that anybody else goes either.

To Dispatchbowler, I am truly sorry that you did not have a good experience at our new IHOP restaurant. We are very passionate in our desire to provide an outstanding dining experience, and take it personally when we fail in that aim. We opened our restaurant nine days before your visit, and even though we did as diligent a job as possible of training our employees, there are always kinks that need to be worked out over time. I honestly believe that if you were to come in now, you would already notice a dramatic improvement. We appreciate your feedback, and hope you will come back to see us again!
