Signed lease, deposit money paid for a townhouse in April to be moved into on Sept 1st; got a call at the end of July to be told the townhouse is no longer available, but we could rent a rambler instead. They held our deposit money of $1880 for almost 4 months.

Take this company to small claims if they have collected a deposit from you and then told you later that the townhouse is no longer available to rent; this goes against the landlord/tenant law RCW 59.18.253 (check it out for yourself) you are entitled your deposit back and up to two times your deposit for the landlord's violation of this law. They need to stop!

College students beware!!!!!! Was a fantastic place to live until we received a new manager. College students always had the ability to pay as far in advance as possible once financial aid refunds came in-- sometimes this was after the first of the month and they would kindly waive late fees. However, the new manager doesn't allow this and is very inflexible! She is very rude and laughed at me when I tried to explain why rent was "late" because of our previous agreements with the other managers-- and we never were informed management was switching and that we would need to go in and discuss these terms before. I am very disappointed in the new management and feel highly disrespected. The owners need to rethink this new hire!!!!
