HORRIBLE!!!! Clothing comes back wrinkled,burned, damaged and missing buttons! Nothing but excuses from the management and an unwillingness to make it right! TERRIBLE!!

We have been customers for over 8.5 years and have always given benefit of doubt -mostly because of Michelle who has since gone to another location. Overall pressing of business shirts has taken a rapid decline, buttons are broken and melted (and we have asked for them to be inspected and replaced as needed -agreeing always to pay for repair). Just received shirts back an took photos to send to management. Welcome contact by owners as cannot find direct email to forward.

I highly recommend this cleaner. We have been going to this dry cleaner for the past year and a half and never have had a problem. We are apparently very picky people and the employees here understood our needs and tended to them however they could. The other awesome thing is that they knew our names after our second time around. They sincerely treat you like family. Oh, and it's right next to a "Subway" so it always smells yummy in there, and no my clothes have never smelled like food, lol!
