Provided by YP.comPurchased a gift card for my mom at Christmas and was not sent a gift certificate. To fix the problem transaction was redone but I was charged twice. When I reported the double charge to the credit card the spa management canceled my gift card. Still trying to get my money back as the spa won't honor the gift card or fix the double charge. Terrible customer service!
